What products can't be evaluated?

We can't evaluate such products:

  1. Pure management tools that are not about teaching, e.g. seating plans, financial management, etc.
  2. Non-interactive material: Textbooks without teacher guides. If the book has a teacher guide that tells how to use the material, it can be evaluated.
