Visitor Activity is not loading

When Visitor Activity is not loading, it's most likely caused by the stored cookies in your browser. Please follow these steps to clear your cookies for EdTech Impact:

In Chrome:

  1. At the top right, click More Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security. Cookies and other site data.
  3. Click See all site data and permissions.
  4. At the top right, search for EdTech Impact.
  5. To the right of the site, click Remove.
  6. To confirm, click Clear.

In Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & SecurityCookies and Site Data.
  3. Click on Manage Data.
  4. Click on Clear the Cache.
  5. Settings -> Privacy & SecurityCookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> EdTech Impact Cached Web Content -> Clear

In Microsoft Edge:

  1. Select Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.
