Are you experiencing trouble logging in to our dashboard or marketplace page?
You are logging in with your email but didn't receive the verification email:
- Check your spam folder.
- If the email is not in your spam folder, contact hello@edtechimpact.com as the issue is most likely with our third-party email provider.
You are logging in with your Gmail and experiencing trouble logging in:
- Check if you are able to log in to your Gmail away from the EdTech Impact dashboard.
- If not, please get in touch with Google for more support.
- If yes, please try to log in in an incognito window of your browser.
- If the login works in your incognito window, please clear your browser's cookies for EdTech Impact.
- If the login doesn't work in the incognito window, please try it again whilst recording your screen and following these steps:
- Right click and select Inspect. This will open a side panel on your browser.
- Click on Console at the top of the side panel.
- Start screen recording.
- Whilst recording, try to login again to your dashboard/marketing page.
- Share the recording with our team at hello@edtechimpact.com.
You managed to log in but see a blank screen/error:
- Try to log in using an incognito window of your browser.
- If the login works in your incognito window, please clear your browser's cookies for EdTech Impact.
- If the login doesn't work in the incognito window, please try it again whilst recording your screen and following these steps:
- Right click and select Inspect. This will open a side panel on your browser.
- Click on Console at the top of the side panel.
- Start screen recording.
- Whilst recording, try to login again to your dashboard/marketing page.
- Share the recording with our team at hello@edtechimpact.com.
